Returns:
We accept returns for damaged or unsatisfied merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Full money back is guaranteed. Please follow these instructions for a hassle-free return: 1. Email us at Info@JewelryLand.com or call 1-718-349-4346 to request a return authorization number. Indicate in your email the order number on your invoice, the style number(s) for the merchandise you wish to send back, and the reason you are requesting a return. 2. Send us the merchandise after you have received your return authorization number. Please be sure to send back the merchandise right away, as each return authorization expires after 30 days and a new one will not be re-issued. 3. Once a return is received a credit will be issued to your credit card account.
